BHADERWAH, May 17: A Volleyball tournament organized by Range Police Headquarters Batote was inaugurated here today by Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), Vinod Sharma.
This event is a part of the Civic Action Programme 2023-2024, aimed at fostering community engagement and promoting sportsmanship.
The inauguration ceremony saw the presence of several notable figures, including SDPO Bhaderwah, SHO Bhaderwah and various senior citizens. Their participation underscored the community’s support for the initiative and its commitment to encouraging youth participation in sports.
Stage secretary, Arif Rana, efficiently conducted the proceedings to ensure the event’s smooth flow. The tournament is expected to provide a platform for local talent to showcase their skills while promoting physical fitness and community spirit.
