JAMMU, Sept 6: One day awareness programme was organized at Kabir Mandir Janipur.
The programme was organized under the supervision of DySP Rajesh Sharma, Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu and Parmjit Kumar, Chief Warden Civil Defence, Jammu.
In the awareness programme, Civil Defence Instructors gave basic knowledge of first aid, CPR, chocking, snake bite and fire rescue methods.
While speaking on the occasion, Paramjeet Kumar, Chief Warden delivered valuable lectures on the topics of Disaster Management and highlighted the role and importance of Civil Defence organization.
The awareness program was attended by 50 civilian ladies of the area.
Besides others Deputy Divisional Warden R Vijay Magotra, Post Warden Janipur Gurdeep Kour, Sub Inspector Ram Dayal Saini and CD Instructor Parshotam Kumar were present on the occasion.
