JAMMU, Dec 4: Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta, inaugurated new branch of Axis Bank at Panjtirthi here.
Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Ashok Khajuria, Circle Head of Axis Bank Neeraj Jain, Cluster Head of Axis Bank Vishesh Sudhaker Dhingra, Branch Head Gourav Khajuria, Branch Sales Manager Bhupinder Singh and other staff members were also present on the occasion.
The new branch was the 13th branch of Axis Bank in Jammu which was inaugurated today. With that J&K now has a total of 24 branches of the bank, which deal in cash transactions, loan facility, banking transactions, business promotion loan, besides ATM facility.
Circle Head Neeraj Jain on the occasion, discussed about the Bank’s expansion in the State and the banking facilities which will be offered for benefit of all customers including Business loans for intensifying the business standards in the area.
Speaking on the occasion, the Speaker appreciated the efforts of the bank management for opening new branches in the State. He hoped that the digitalization in the banking system would help the bank customers in a big way.
