JAMMU, Mar 18: First Aziz William Football Tournament, organized by Peer Panjal Regional Conference in collaboration with Alexander Memorial Educational Society under the auspicious of JKFA got underway at here.
The first match was played today between J&K Bank Academy and Christian Stars wherein former won in tie breaker by 3-2 goals. Sudhir Baali, Joint Commissioner JMC was the chief guest of the first match and introduced the teams, whereas 2nd match was won by Hero FC by 1-0 goal wherein Kamalpreet Singh Tasildar Jammu Khas was the chief guest. Both the teams played very well but Hero FC succeeded to win the match with one goal over their opponent.
The matches were officiated by Dheeraj Meenia, Aman Kumar, Ramesh Sethi, Satnam Singh and Mahinder Kalsi.
Feastus Sotra was organizing secretary of the tournament, whereas David Burat vice president, Daniel Bhatti, Yusuf Don, Stephen Madan, Elajah Sotra, Sam Paul Camres, DAVID Babbloo, Parshotam Mehra, Lysias Sotra and Ajay Paul Titus were also present.
