Aziz William Football Tourney Quarter-final matches get underway

JAMMU, Mar 18: First Aziz William Football Tournament, organised by Peer Panjal Regional Conference with collaboration of Alexander Memorial Education Society under the auspicious of J&KFA, got underway, here today.
Three quarter-final matches were played today. The first match was played between Hero FC and City FC wherein Hero FC emerged winner by 1-0 goal by defeating City FC. Satish Kumar SDPO North City was the chief guest of the first match, whereas 2nd match was played between Engineer-XI and Jammu Sports A in which Engineer-XI won the match in tie breaker by 3-2 goals/ Kuldeep Singh, Naib Tehsildar Jammu was the chief guest and 3rd match was played between Young Christian FC and Churchill Brother A. The 3rd match was also decided with tie breaker by 7-6 goals wherein Esther William Principal Alexander Memorial Higher School was the chief guest.
Feastus Sotra was the organizing secretary of the match whereas David Burat vice president, Yusaf Don, Daniel Bhatti secretary St Paul Church, Camres David Babbloo, Lysias Sotra, Moon Stephen, Elajah Sotra, Sam Paul and Amit Sotra were also present during the event.
