JAMMU, Apr 28: Excise Magistrate Jammu, A S Langeh today rejected the bail application of Mohit and Sandeep Vaid, who were allegedly involved in attack and kidnapping of Advocate.
After hearing Senior PO Anil Dev Jamwal appearing for the Police whereas Advocates Pranav Kohli and AP Singh appearing for the complainant, the court observed, “evidence collected by the police shows prima-facie involvement of applicants in the commission of abduction of a lawyer and hurling out threats of the dire consequences”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
