JAMMU, May 30: Balbinder Singh Jamwal of district Samba has qualified the FIVB level-1 international Volleyball coaching course conducted by Volleyball Federation of India (VFI), apex body of Volleyball in India at Chennai this month.
The Volleyball Association of Jammu and Kashmir (VAJK) had recommended three names of which two coaches, Balbinder Singh from Samba district and Aashiq Hussain from J&K Police have qualified FIVB level coaching course.
Meanwhile, Trikuta Volleyball Club Jammu, congratulated and felicitated Balbinder Singh Jamwal for becoming FIVB level -1 coach.
Balbinder serves with State Excise Department as Sub-Inspector.
“The services of these highly qualified coaches would certainly help groom the talented stuff from the State into national level players,” general secretary of the Club, Mulkh Raj Sharma said.
