JAMMU, May 21: Bali Bhagat, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Minister has asked the party workers to proactively participate in the ‘Nav Saal Bemisaal’ programme being organized to celebrate the completion of nine years of unblemished governance of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi led Government at the Centre.
He stated this today while addressing the District Working Committee meeting of Akhnoor district at BJP Office Akhnoor in connection with completion of nine years of BJP Government at the Centre.
Addressing the party workers, Bali Bhagat said that BJP is going to observe ‘Nav Saal Bemisaal’ from May 30 to June 30. He asked party workers to gear up for enthusiastic participation in the programme and highlight the key achievements of Modi Government during the nine years of its exemplary Government.
Bali Bhagat asked the party workers to strengthen the organizational structure right from booth level to district level. He also asked them to ensure hundred percent uploading of names and details of teams constituted at Saral Portal. He also laid emphasize upon using the IT and social media with an aim to reach the people every nook and corner and apprise them about the welfare schemes launched by the BJP Government at the Centre.
The senior BJP leader said that despite all the giant strides taken by the BJP Government during its nine year rule, it is necessary for the party workers to always remain available to the people at the grassroot level and resolve their issues and problems. He said that the party is heading towards an unprecedented performance in the upcoming Parliamentary elections especially due to its excellent governance for these nine years. However the party cadre will have to be proactive 24X7 in their respective areas to further augment the efforts in this direction.
Others who addressed the Executive Committee members on the occasion were BJP State general secretary, Vibodh Gupta, district president and former MLA, Rajeev Sharma, former MLAs, Shubh Dev Singh, Dr Krishen Lal and district BJP Prabhari Brijeshwar Singh. While, DDC member, Suraj Singh, Manmohan Singh, Jagdish Bhagat and GS Chib were also present.
