Apart from bring the oldest towns of the State of Jammu & Kashmir having living historical structures with most sought-after pilgrims destinations, the place offers the rarest feast of traditional and ritualistic performances. He appealed the  MLA Reasi to lead this movement in the larger interest of the intellectual development of the people of the area. Societies are shaped and enlightened through intellectual and cultural developments and not through the material gains and growth. You focus on shaping the minds, people as catalysts will take care of themselves and their wellbeing. Sunit Kumar demanded the younger generations particularly the school children to be made a part of such movements and initiatives. He appreciated the idea of holding Reasi Festival by the district administration and hoped that this festival becomes a reality and is organised on totally professional lines and later a tradition.
