Banyan International organizes workshop for Principals, Teachers

JAMMU, Feb 24: Banyan International Residential School managed in association with Pearson Schools, organized a two day’s workshop on School Development Programme and three day’s workshop on Pearson Schools Management Software for the teachers and Principals of Pearson School Jaipur, Banyan International School and JLPL Mohali School.
The school development program is a plan that sets out the changes a school needs to improve the level of student achievement.
The workshop aimed to help Principals, Teachers, and School Councils to monitor student achievement levels and other factors that are known to influence student success. With up-to-date and reliable information about how well students are performing, schools are better able to respond to the needs of students, teachers, and parents.
Speaking at the occasion, HarinderMahajan, Chairman said, “Technology brings better operational efficiency and it is crucial for schools to upgrade themselves and introduce best practices which can help in effective school management. These workshops aim to expand skill, knowledge and tools available as we work to improve the quality.”
