SRINAGAR, Sept 6: After restricting rival team only on fifty runs, Baramulla Government Women’s College registered an easy win over Srinagar Women’s College in the final match of the ongoing Cricket Tournament at Government Women’s College, M A Road.
The tournament was organized by Youth Services and Sports.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Government Women’s College Srinagar lost all the wickets and scored only 50 runs with the brilliant bowling of the team.
Chasing the target of 50 runs, Baramulla Women’s College cricketers achieved the target in the 12th over of the inning.
The team won the match by six wickets.
The final prize distribution ceremony was attended by a large number of officials and Prof. Shugufta was chief guest to honor the winning team.
