JAMMU, May 3: Bari Brahmana Police has rescued 12 bovine animals during a routine checking late last night.
According to police a truck carrying 12 bovine animals was intercepted by the Bari Brahmana Police under the supervision of Varuneshwar Singh Probationary Police Officer during the routine naka in the Bari Brahamana late last night. The Police intercepted the truck bearing registration number JK02 AF 9327 and after checking it found that the vehicle was carrying bovine animals to Kashmir.
However, the driver and the conductor of the truck managed to escape. The Bari Brahmana Police has registered a case in this regard.
