SAMBA, July 20: Bari Brahmana Police reunited a missing lady from Mendhar with her family today.
According to police an information was received at PS Bari Brahmana that one woman has been roaming in the village Shahen Talab under the jurisdiction of P/S Bari Brahmana. Acting on the information, a police party of PS Bari Brahmana reached the area and traced the woman who was brought safely at PS Bari Brahmana.
On questioning, she disclosed her identity as Zeba Khatoon (name changed), age 35, W/o Shafiq Khan R/o Harni tehsil, Mendhar, district Poonch.
Inspector, Ravinder Singh Rakwal, SHO PS Bari Brahmana after contacting his counterpart at PS Mendhar, found that the woman was missing from her home and a missing report stands registered at PS Mendhar. The missing woman was later on handed over to Mendhar Police accompanied by her family members at PS Bari Brahmana after proper verification.
The family members complimented the Police for their effort. SSP Samba Anil Magotra, also appreciated the role of police party of PS Bari Brahmana in reuniting the woman with her family members.
