Barnoti XI emerges overall winner

KATHUA, Jan 11: Kabaddi premier league, organised by District Kathua Kabaddi Association in collaboration with JK Sports Council, concluded at Auditorium of Govt Degree College for Boys, here today.
In the league matches, Barnoti XI emerged as overall winner of the league and qualified for next level of tournament which is scheduled to be held at Jammu soon, whereas in today’s matches, Kathua-XI, Sumwan -XI and Stadium-XI also scripted victories by defeating their rivals convincingly.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Barnoti XI won all the five matches during the league.
Ranjit Singh Chib (SSP), former Indian Handball captain, general secretary of Association and Vice Principal of Police Training School Kathua were the chief guests of the concluding event.
