JAMMU, Dec 24: Defeating DU Warriors by 13 runs in a close contest in the summit clash, Baroofonia lifted the title trophy of the AKSUD Cup 2012 at Lotus Tower Play Ground Jamia, Delhi.
Earlier, batting first, Broofonia scored 131 runs in 16 over, while DU Warrior bundled out for 118 runs in 15.3 overs, thus lost the match by 13 runs. Ajaz was the top performer, who scored 36 runs and took 2 wickets.
Aga Syed Ali Shah, Psychology Scholar from Jamia was the chief guest who distributed prizes and trophies.
A total of 7 teams of Kargili students studying in Delhi took part in this mega event.
Feroz Lati and Mustafa Ali Hajipa were the organizers of the tournament.
