JAMMU, Jan 1: Dr Vikram Handa flagged off J&K Junior Basketball teams for the 71st Junior National Basketball Championship, here today.
The National championship is scheduled to be held at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
He flagged off the team in presence of coaches of the teams and treasurer of JKBA, Ashok Singh Jamwal.
