DODA, Mar 3: Basketball tournament was organised in memory of Martyr DySP Aman Thakur by Physical Education Foundation of India in collaboration with Bandral Multi-Sports Academy, here today.
Captain 10 RR presided over the opening ceremony function, whereas CPO Bhaderwah, Kishore Singh Bandral was the guest of honour and Mohinder Singh Rana Horticulture Officer, Rajeev Rana Chartered Accountant and many other renowned personalities graced the event.
DDC Chairperson, Dhanantar Singh was the chief guest of the concluding ceremony.
A total nine both boys and girls teams participated in different age groups wherein team of Bandral Multisports Academy emerged as overall winner.
Physical Education Foundation of India (Doda Chapter) secretary Dilbir Singh and joint secretary Vinod Bandral were present during the event.
