JAMMU, Aug 2: To select the players for 40th Sub-Junior National Basketball Champ-ionship to be held at Patna in Bihar from August 18 to August 25, 2013 and also for 64th Junior National Basketball Champi-onship to be held from September 1 to September 8, 2013 at Cuttack in Odisha, the Jammu and Kashmir Basket ball Association will be holding selection trials followed by coaching camps from August 6 to August 14 and August 6 to August 28, 2013 respectively at Police Sports Complex Gulshan Ground, here.
For Sub-Junior National Championship, the players (boys and girls) should be born on or after January 1, 2000, while for Junior National Championship, the players should be born on or after January 1, 1995.
According to a handout issued here, the Association has invited all affiliate units and players to take part in the trials and advised them to report to Manoj Kumar Dogra, joint secretary, J&K Basketball Association on August 6, 2013 at 3:30 pm at the aforementioned venue.
