SRINAGAR, Dec 6: A total of 130 Bodybuilders and physique competitors participated in weighing organized by the Bodybuilders Association Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) at Lal Chowk, near Ghanta Ghar, Srinagar.
The athletes are preparing for the 24th Mr. J&K Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2024, scheduled for December 7 at Tagore Hall, Srinagar.
The session was overseen by Rajesh Dutta, who emphasized the association’s role in promoting health and fitness in Jammu and Kashmir. He noted that BBAJK organizes District and State Championships annually to inspire youth to adopt natural diets and exercise routines while avoiding drugs.
Key attendees included Arun Sharma, Vinay Sharma, Sanjay Bal, Feroz, Javid, and Fatal, all of whom supported the event and contributed to its success.
