JAMMU, Oct 23: The Body Builders Association of Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) conducted a weighing session for 90 bodybuilders and physique competitors at the International Gym in Rehari. These athletes are gearing up for the 24th Mr. Jammu and Fitness Championship 2024, set to take place on October 26 at the Police Auditorium, Gulshan Ground, in various categories including men, women and masters.
The weighing was overseen by Rajesh Dutta, General Secretary of BBAJK, who highlighted the association’s commitment to promoting health and fitness among the youth of Jammu and Kashmir. “BBAJK organizes District and State Championships annually to inspire the youth to maintain good health, avoid bad habits, and shun drugs by adopting natural means and diets,” he stated.
Other attendees included Arun Sharma, Vinay Sharma, Naresh Gupta, and Javid Bhatti, who supported the initiative to encourage fitness and well-being in the community.
