JAMMU, Apr 26: State Vigilance Organization (SVO) today registered case against Abdul Karim Tantray and Akhter Hussain Qazi, the then BDOs, Kewal Krishan Gorkha, the then Executive Engineer REW Doda, Manzoor Ahmed Mir, the then AEE, Surinder Manhas, Mukesh Sharma and Nusrat Parvez Naik, Junior Engineers and VLWs Abdul Rashid, Nazir Ahmed and Mohd Sharief.
These accused persons hatched a conspiracy and withdrew an amount of Rs 3,93,209 against three non-existent works in Block Office Ghat. In this way, they caused loss to the State exchequer.
