JAMMU, July 21: Acharya National Culture Activities Group hosted the highly anticipated “Best Dancer of J&K – Session 6” at the Auditorium, Polytechnic College, Bikram Chowk, here today. The event showcased exceptional talent from across the region.
Vasu Aggarwal, DySP (J&K Police) was chief guest on the occasion while Baldev Raj and Hitesh Badyal were guest of honour along with others were Subash Chander Shavotra, Ranjit Kumar, Nirmal Mattoo, Pushpinder Singh and Ravinder Singh. The competition was adjudicated by Romit Sawhney and organized under the guidance of Raj Shavotra.
Participants competed across various categories with impressive performances, showcasing their skill, grace, and creativity. The winners in the Sub Junior Solo category was Vinayak who clinched the 1st prize, followed by Shasha and Krishika securing the 2nd and Yuvi and Samayra achieving the 3rd prize. Kunmun emerged victorious in the Junior Category, securing the 1st Prize, with Kamlesh, Aaradhya, and Anaya claiming the 2nd and 3rd prizes.
Curav Dance Academy triumphed in the Trio Dance Category, while Loin Dance Academy excelled in the Trio Sub Junior category. In the Duet Dance Category, Daksh and Meeysh took the 2nd Prize, with Anaya and Lakshika and Pranshul and Hirynshu sharing the 3rd Prize.
Acharya Academy for Dance shone in the Group Dance categories, securing 2nd and 3rd prizes in both Junior and Sub Junior divisions, while The Shape Dance Academy claimed the 1st prize in the Group Dance Junior Category. Finally, in the Senior Solo Dance category, Dhoni, Sadhna, and Sanju secured the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes, respectively.
