Bharat Vikas Parishad organizes Inter-School Debate Competition

Jammu, Dec 19: Shivalik Branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad today organized Inter-School Debate Competition on Life & Teachings of Guru Teg Bahadhur Singh at A.S.N.Hr.Sec.School, Channi Himmat here,  wherein 12 students from five reputed schools participated. The students which participated in the competition are Wani Jan Adhar Fayaz, Kaushik, Parinidhi Singh & Siya Parihar from A.S.N.Hr.Sec.School, Channi HImmat, Jammu, Manseerat Kour & Jaskirat Singh from R M Public School, Sainik Colony, Ridhanshi & Alex Remos Malla from Tiny Tots Hr. Sec. School, Sainik Colony, Niti Kumari & Priyanka Thakur from Bal Bharti Public School, Channi Himmat & Surita Kumari & Archana Saini from N.S.K. High School, Channi Himmat, Jammu.

The competition started with the welcome address presented by Ritesh Kapoor, Administrator of A.S.N.Hr.Sec.School followed by lamp lighting and vandey martram. Speaking on the occasion,. Ritesh Kapoor congratulated the participating schools for showing their efforts in preparing the children for such competitions to inculcate values amongst the children. He said winning & losing should never be the criteria but what matters is the participation to learn and excel in life.

Bharat Bhushan, President Prant was the Chief Guest on the occasion while Mr. Jagdish Chander, Narsingh Dass were the adjucators for the competition.
