JAMMU, Apr 28: A delegation of BJP Kashmir displaced district led by MLC, G L Raina (Ajay Bharti) today called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Migrants Y P Suman and submitted a copy of memorandum which was earlier submitted to Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister, Abdul Rehman Veeri at Civil Secretariat.
The delegation held a detailed deliberation with RRC over the burning issues of displaced people from Valley. The Relief Commissioner assured the delegation that the burning problems will be addressed immediately.
The delegation discussed water crisis in Jagti township, lack of medicare facilities in camps, erratic supply of ration to migrants, , functioning of Relief Organization, maintenance and upkeep of TRTs, allotment of shops to genuine migrants, Central State welfare schemes etc.
The other members of the delegation were Chand Ji Bhat, president Displaced District BJP, Grievances Cell Incharge, Sharda Nandan Bhat, advocate Ram Krishan Koul, Ravinder Razdan, vice presidents, P L Dhar, general secretary.
