KISHTWAR, May 22: Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti J&K run Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Palmar (Kishtwar) celebrated 27th Annual Day with zeal and zest in its school premises, here today.
Nisar Ahmed, DySP Operations and Major Arnav Sambyal, 17 RR were the guests of honour, while Lokesh Sharma, Vice President, Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti Kishtwar presided over the function.
Girdhari Lal, Incharge Principal Govt HSS Palmar, Bansi Lal, Senior Lecturer HSS Palmar and Kishori Lal Parihar, District Coordinator BSS JK were present on the occasion.
Earlier, Kashi Nath Raina, Principal of the School presented welcome address and highlighted the achievements of the School.
The guests of honour and the presiding guest appreciated the School management for providing quality education to help the School and the students to flourish.
Students presented a variety of cultural items which enthralled the audience on the occasion.
The meritorious students of the institution were presented with trophies and cash prize by the dignitaries on the occasion.
The proceedings of the programme was conducted by Senior Teacher Ankush Sharma, while the programme ended with the vote of thanks presented by the President School Management Committee, Gouri Nand Raina.
