JAMMU, Nov 11: Bhatia Cricket Club defeated Game Changer Cricket Club by 39 runs in an exhibition cricket match at GGM Science College ground, here today.
Put into bat, Bhatia Cricket Club scored a good total of 174 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, losing 7 wickets in the process. Gourav was the top scorer with 40 runs, while Panku and Shiva contributed 34 and 24 runs to the total respectively. For GMCC, Kamlesh took 2 wickets, while Sunny and Mukesh claimed one wicket each.
In reply, GMCC managed to score 135 runs to lose the match by 39 runs. Sunny (22) and Puri (17) were the main contributors. For Bhatia CC, Rankaj scalped 4 important wickets, while Ramneek claimed 3 wickets. Ashwani, Rinku and Ankush claimed one wicket each.
