JAMMU, May 27: Bhatyari team defeated Kanyala team in the final of Volleyball tournament, organised by Jhajjar Kotli police under civic action programme at Govt HSS Dansal, here today.
SDPO Nagrota Pardeep Kumar along with SHO Jhajjar Kotli, Inspector Vikram Sharma, BDC Chairperson Reena Thappa, Sarpanch Pyare Lal and others witnessed the final match of the tournament.
The winning team was awarded with a trophy by the dignitaries, while participants were awarded with mementoes.
The tournament was organised by the police as a goodwill gesture and to provide a platform to youth so that they could excel at different levels.
