JAMMU, Apr 25: In a thrilling final match, Bandurakh Hockey Club (BHC) defeated Dashmesh Hockey Club (DHC) by 8-6 to win the ongoing ‘Six A Side Hockey Tournament Bandurakh’, here today.
For BHC, 3 goals each were scored by Kisan and Jashan while 2 goals were netted by Dalip. For DHC, 4 goals were scored by Saksham while 1 goal each was done by Manmeet and Ricky. The Man of the Match award was given to Kisan of BHC. The Award was sponsored by Rehat Sports Kunjwani.
Former Cabinet Minister Raman Bhalla was the chief guest on the occasion. He awarded winners’ and runners up with trophies and other awards to the players. Others present on the occasion were Jaswant Singh, Jasbir Singh, Babu Singh, Gurjeet Singh and Satish.
The match was officiated by Manjeet Singh, Karanjeet Singh and others.
The Tournament was organized by Bandurakh Hockey Club under the aegis of Hockey J&K.
