RAJOURI, Feb 27: A young bike rider was killed in a tragic road accident on Jammu-Poonch highway near here today.
The deceased has been 19-year-old Mohd Saqib, son of Zakir Hussain, resident of Ward No. 12 Rajouri. The mishap took place near Thandi Kassi, about 5 kms from here when Saqib was going on his motor-cycle no. JK-11/ 7484. A bus bearing registration no. JK02Q/8258 hit the bike at a curve causing in instant death. His body was later shifted to District Hospital, Rajouri. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
