Bimla Luthra calls for massive outreach of educational facilities

BISHNAH, Mar 24: National Conference leader and former MLA Bimla Luthra today called for massive outreach of educational facilities with focus on imparting quality academics and inculcating moral values among children
“Moulding young minds towards positive pursuits is most challenging and much onus lies on teachers, who have to work with a missionary spirit to shape destiny of their students”, Bimla Luthra said while addressing the Annual Day Function of Bharat Bhoomi Public School, Chak Jaralan in Bishnah Block this morning.
Mrs Luthra exhorted teachers to work with missionary spirit in shaping destiny of their students, saying, “Their role is not of immense importance only in making children academically sound but they can have tremendous influence on their social behaviour as well.
The school Principal, Vrinda Devi presented annual report and said that efforts are underway to provide enviable academic environment to the students.
The school premises was abuzz with music and excitement as the parents gathered to witness their children perform in various programmes.
Mrs Luthra congratulated young performers and wished them all success.
Besides school management, teachers, students and their parents, former Sarpanch Surjeet Singh, Manohar Lal Mottan, Jatinder Singh, Roop Lal and Gagi Ram were present on the occasion.
