BISHNAH, Aug 21: Defeating their rivals convincingly in the summit clashes, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Bishnah and Government Girls HSS Arnia won the Under-19 girls kabaddi and kho-kho title trophies in the Zonal Level Inter-School Tournament, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at Government Boys HSS, Bishnah today.
In kabaddi final, GGHSS Bishnah defeated GHSS Arnia by 8 points, while in kho-kho title clash, GGHSS Arnia got better of GGHSS Bishnah in a close contest by 3 points. Sonia Sharma of GGHSS Bishnah was declared best raider of the tournament.
The tournament was held under the supervision of ZPEOs Bishnah and Arnia respectively.
The event is being held in the disciplines of kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball and wrestling.
