JAMMU, Mar 16: BJP Kashmir displaced district in a meeting here, today held under the chairmanship of Ajay Bharti, MLC and State vice president of the party discussed the situation arising due to cumbersome process of filling up of M Forms by migrants for casting their votes.
The meeting was attended Yuva Morcha , Mahila Morcha teams as well as corporators, councilors, Panchs and Sarpanchs.
Ajay Bharti informed the meeting that a special team has been sent to Chief Election Commissioner, New Delhi for abolition of M Forms or simplification of the same. He also asked that all displaced people should vote in for the coming Parliamentary election.
He said need of hour is to make Narendra Modi, Prime Minister again for development and to counter internal as well as external threats in our country.
Chand Ji Bhat district president made the introductory address. T N Bhat State Executive member said that temporary election offices will be established in migrant camps and non camp areas.
