UDHAMPUR, Sept 21: Surinder Singh Khalsa, chief whip BJP Udhampur and vice president, Municipal Council (MC) Udhampur, has issued the whip on the directives of party president to all the BJP councilors and associates of the party in Municipal Council Udhampur to remain present in the office of MC Udhampur tomorrow from 11 am to 2 pm.
The party councilors and its associate members have been asked to cast their vote against No Confidence Motion brought against President Municipal Council, Udhampur, Dr Yogeshwar Gupta strictly as per directions of the Party.
It may be recalled that the party had already issued a Show Cause Notice to its four councilors who had earlier signed the No Confidence Motion against the president of MC Udhampur of disciplinary action.
