JAMMU, May 16: Kheer Bhawani Mandal BJP convened a Working Committee meeting today Anandnagar near here in which hundreds of activists participated and showed their loyalty towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The meeting was presided over Chand Jee Bhat president BJP Kashmir Displaced District. Subash Khera managed the stage.
It was convened by Vijay Raina President BJP Kheer Bhawani Mandal who in his inaugural speech highlighted the problems of displaced community who suffer in exile for last 28 years.
Chand Jee Bhat President assured workers that he is with all Kashmiri displaced people and is committed to get their problems redressed. He added that he has been assigned the duty by High Command of the Party to look after the interests of migrant community and he will do it to their best satisfaction. He informed workers that he has met Education Minister, Relief and Rehabilitation Minister, Relief Commissioner and Director Food & Supplies for asking them to solve the problems of Kashmiri migrants. “I asked concerned officers to ensure regular supply of quality Ration and relief”. He asked workers to organize the people for strengthen the BJP whether in Mandals or Booths.
J L Pandita, Ravinder Kumar Raina vice presidents, P L Dhar general secretary and Mohan Lal Sopori also addressed the meet.
Another Working Committee by BJP Displaced District Durga Mandal was held at Durga Nagar under the chairmanship of Makhan Lal Bhat its Mandal president.
Satish Kumar Zutshi general secretary of Mandal highlighted the achievements. The programme was organized J L Pandita Prabhari of the Mandal and BJP MLC G L Raina (Ajay Bharti) was the chief guest on the occasion in which various yojnas launched by GoI were highlighted.
