JAMMU, Nov 18: After successful use of different modes of technology during the Lok Sabha and later Assembly elections in Maharashtra and Haryana, the State BJP today launched 3D selfie technology for campaigning in Jammu and Kashmir for the ensuing Assembly elections.
Former Union MoS & MLA Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, along with State spokesperson & Media Incharge Arun Kumar Gupta, State spokesperson Sunil Sethi (Advocate), Balbir Ram Rattan and Dr. Suresh Ajay Magotra, got this selfie clicked with PM Narendra Modi and later flagged off the selfie van for other Assembly constituencies.
Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, while appreciating the initiative of the Party to adopt latest means of technology to reach the masses, said that the BJP has taken lead in campaigning across the State and over whelming response to our candidates is also an indicator that Mission 44+ will be achieved with ease and the State will have a BJP activist as Chief Minister. He appealed the people not to get misled by the false promises of parties like NC, Congress and PDP and ensure victory of BJP candidates.
Arun Kumar Gupta, while briefing the media persons about the 3D selfie concept said that the Party has been utilizing all the available means of print and electronic media besides pressing into service the social media facilities with a sole motive of reaching maximum population in the State and mobilize public opinion in favour of the party candidates. He said the 3D selfie concept is attracting large population as any one can take his or her photo by just standing in front of the selfie van and it will be shown that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is himself standing with them and addressing.
BJP IT Cell State Convenor Jaidev Rajwal, State publicity secretary Aseem Gupta, party leader Anil Gupta and others were also present on the occasion.
