SRINAGAR, Aug 11: National executive member of BJP and J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today said that BJP has devised a multi pronged strategy for the elections and their manifesto will be a vision document of the Party for the holistic and equitable development of J&K.
BJP is all prepared for the upcoming Assembly polls in J&K and our cadres from grass root levels are being activated for the elections, said Dr Andrabi in her address during the Election Manifesto Convention of Kupwara district held at Handwara. The convention was chaired by her.
“BJP has devised a multi pronged strategy for the elections and our roadmap will be based on the public feedback and people’s aspirations for a peaceful and progressive Jammu and Kashmir”, added Dr Andrabi.
BJP leaders Surinder Ambardar (ex-MLC), Anwar Khan (prabhari, North Kashmir), Javed Qureshi (Kupwara district president BJP), Constituency president of Trehgam Syed Rafiq Shah, BJP ST Morcha chief spokesperson Salem Chowdhary and other leaders of the district participated in the convention.
Party representatives and delegates from all blocks & constituencies were present in this outreach programme of BJP in connection with finalizing the manifesto of the Party for the upcoming elections in J&K. Many delegations of the district also met Dr Andrabi and the team and presented their viewpoints about the manifesto.
Dr Andrabi lauded the BJP cadres and leadership in the district for making this platform a suitable and trusted substitute of the dynasts and other conventional parties whose sentimentalist rhetoric has only exploited people of J&K.
“BJP’s mission of Viksit J&K and Viksit Bharat has earned the trust of the people and BJP is committed to ensure the benefits of the progress and development reach to every citizen equitably”, reiterated Dr Darakhshan.
Earlier, Javid Qureshi gave details about the Party’s working in the district to Dr Andrabi.
