Refer article “Towards a deal at last” By Dr K N Pandita, DE March 12. The learned writer exposes BJP on making a u-turn on Article 370. Time and again, the party leaders repeat that there is no proposal to repeal it. Prior to elections, they deliberated upon the merits and demerits of this controversial Art. The writer brings forth the ill-conceived interpretation of MoS for Home Affairs about this Art. The flaws of Art 370 communicated in Rajya Sabha are discouraging. The writer has genuinely stated, it is misleading and erroneous to call PDP-BJP coalition as “representative Govt” which is actually a regional Government not aimed at bridging the differences but an arrangement for power sharing. The ideological differences are like parallel lines impossible to meet anywhere but sure to widen the gap of mind set.
