JAMMU, Oct 30: Mocking at PM Narendra Modi’s Ache Din promise for citizens, Mula Ram, former Minister and Vice President JKPCC and Hari Singh Chib, President DCC Jammu Rural said that by now every single citizen of the country has got the idea that good old days under Congress’ regime were far more better than BJP’s dark era of uncontrolled inflation whereby vehicle fuel, cooking gas, edible oils, vegetables and fruits have all gone out of the reach of common man.
Interacting with the residents of Ramzanpura in Janipur area of Raipur Domana constituency, the Congress leaders said that BJP Government’s lies on controlling prices of essentials, tackling Pak and China and eliminating terrorism have all been exposed with this Government proving out to be a good for nothing dispensation. Later, they also met locals hailing from Paloura, Chinore, Kheri and Pandoka falling in Raipur Domana Assembly segment.
The Congress leaders reminded the gathering that during the time of Congress, adequate amount of ration was given to people with no shortage of grains but as the Ache Din Government has taken over the regime the people are getting the ration for namesake as against at least 50 Kg a month.
Mula Ram and Hari Singh said that the Ache Din Jumla of the ruling party BJP at the Centre has been exposed fully and now the people have understood and are regretting that why they voted this ‘liar’ party to power.
“The inflation is all time high with no scope of bringing it down again, Government doing privatization endlessly, joblessness crossing new marks during PM Modi’s regime, terrorism is aggravating with spree of killings in the Valley, taxes breaking the backbone of common man and degradation of erstwhile J&K State into two UTs showing the disregard of BJP towards people,” they said and demanded that at least Government should restore the limit of ration meant for poor strata of society.
