JAMMU, Jan 6: To promote the traditional culture of Jammu and Kashmir and to celebrate the National Technology Day, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) staged musical play “Praudyogikee Se Pragati” in its Saturday theatre series in collaboration with National Computer Education Institute and Sangam Tru Art Production here today.
The play was inaugurated by the chief guest VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India in presence of RP Amla, Event Director BLSKS Dr AC Bhagat, former Chief Officer, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dr Anju Dogra from Health Department. The musical play has been written by ML Dogra, Chairman BLSKS, while its music was composed by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor.
ML Dogra presented the welcome address and highlighted the importance of the day.
The actors who performed in the play were MC Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Deepanshu Wadhera, Rahul Raina, Abhimanyu Kotwal, Rahul Mehra, Yog Raj, Uttam Singh, Deevam Jandiyal and Kuldeep Raj.
In the end, the vote of thanks was presented by Deepak Kumar Dogra.
