BOMIS hosts Inter School U-14, U-17 Cricket tourney

JAMMU, Dec 28: Birla Open Minds International School (BOMIS), Jammu hosted Inter School U-14 and U-17 Cricket Tournament here today. The participating teams for the U-14 tournament were IDPS, BOMIS and JP Cricket Academy. For the U-17 tournament, the participating teams were Jammu Sanskriti, BOMIS and Indian Public School Kathua.
School’s Principal, Aparana Kohli, in her motivating speech, emphasized the importance of sportsmanship and the values imbibed through the spirit of sports. The much-awaited toss set the tone for the upcoming matches. First match was played between IDPS and JPCA wherein IDPS won the match. In another match between BOMIS and JPCA, BOMIS won while in the match between BOMIS and Jammu Sanskriti, BOMIS won the match.
