JAMMU, Nov 23: Birla Open Minds International School (BOMIS), Jammu under the aegis of Jammu Sahodya School Complex hosted the highly anticipated three days long Inter School Basketball Championship for Under-14 boys and girls.
There were 11 girls and 13 boys’ teams participating in the tournament. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Assistant Director SAI, J&K incharge and Dr.KCS Mehta, Director Academics and Principal of IDPS Akhnoor were present on this occasion. Principal, Aparana Kohli emphasized the importance of sportsmanship and healthy competition. She enlightened the efforts made by the students, coaches, parents and the teachers.
Bhanu Pratap Singh and Dr. KCS Mehta were felicitated by the school’s Principal for their remarkable contributions to the world of sports, serving as beacons of inspiration for the aspiring young players.
