Rajouri Jammu : The border residents of the Nowshera sector have migrated to safer places after heaving firing by the Pakistan along the LoC. A woman had died today in the Pak firing.
According to reports about 100 border residents migrated to safer destinations as Pak firing hit villages along the Line of Control .
“A lady last night got injured when Pakistani made unprovoked firing and shelled forward posts and villages in Noshera sector,” said the police sources. The woman succumbed to her injuries this morning.
Defence spokesman said that Pakistani Army last night started unprovoked firing with small and automatic weapons which was responded adequately by the Indian army.
“The Indian Army posts are retaliating strongly and effectively. The intermittent firing is still going on ,”said the spokesperson. (Agencies)
