KISHTWAR, Apr 9: Chatroo Police foiled a bovines smuggling bid.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Chatroo led by SHO Inspector Sameer Ahmed under the supervision of DySP DAR Zia-Ul-Haq laid a naka and apprehended a bovine smuggler along with 6 cattle, which he was carrying towards Kashmir without any permission or any other document from the concerned authority.
A case under FIR Number 30/2022 under Sections 188 IPC and 11 PCA Act has been registered at Police Station Chatroo and investigation taken up.
