JAMMU, Jan 17: Sidhra police foiled bovines smuggling bid by rescuing 15 cattle.
As per police sources, a team from Sidhra Police Post laid a naka and intercepted a truck.
During checking, police rescued 15 bovine animals from the vehicle and seized it, while the accused smugglers managed to escape from the spot.
A case under FIR Number 8/18 under relevant Sections has been registered at Nagrota Police Station and investigation started.
