RAJOURI, Apr 5: A 14-year-old boy was killed after the gun of his father, a VDC member, went off accidentally in Kalakote area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that incident took place when the minor boy, Gagan, son of Raja Ram, resident of village Chak Patti in Taryath area of Kalakote, was fiddling with his father’s loaded gun. He received bullet injury and was rushed to Taryath hospital where he was declared as dead. The police seized the rifle and started investigation into the case.
