JAMMU, Jan 6: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) took out the first online draw for its sales promotion scheme “Speed Bharao Mobile Phone Le Jaao” at company’s retail outlet M/s Ganga Filling Station.
There was overwhelming response from the customers in the entire J&K State as scheme got vide publicity through electronic media. During the two month time, Company also conducted a speed dirt track rally event at Parade Ground, which was witnessed by over 10,000 people in the three days.
On the occasion, Chander Prakash Ganga, Minister of Industries and Commerce was the chief guest, while Shalendra Kumar, Commissioner/ Secretary Industries and Commerce, Rajesh Sharma, Territory Manager (Retail) BPCL J&K, Amar Singh, Joint Controller, Legal Metrology, Manoj Kumar, Deputy Controller, Legal Metrology, other BPCL officials and various Bharat Petroleum dealers from other BPCL retail outlets were also present.
BPCL Area Sales Officer Mayank Singh explained the scheme to the gathering and informed that in this first draw, total 25 Samsung smart mobile phones will be taken out. The second will held on February 6 in Srinagar for rest of 25 mobile phones. The list of 25 winners will be hosted on the scheme website www.speedjk.com. The winners of the smart phones will also be informed telephonically and the same will be collected from the territory office of the company after producing the original cash memo, ID proof and registration card as per scheme terms, he added.
Rajesh Sharma later handed over to the Speed champion mementos to the winning dealers and in his speech, he invited the gathering in particular and public in general to witness the automation at BPCL Retail Outlets, which is a major milestone in BPCL’s innovative retailing of petroleum products.
Chader Prakash Ganga carried out the online draw by pressing the buttons and took out 25 lucky customers who won the mobile phones. The winners are Satpal, Rahul Sharma, Ravi Kumar, Rakesh Sharma, Farooq Ahmed, Rajinder, Sonu Sharma, Rajinder Kumar, Shashi Paul, Dupinder Singh, Vimal Sharma, Sahil Kumar, Deepak Verma, Ashish, Bilal Ahmad, Sachin Saini, Rajan Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Nishant Kumar, Sahil Kumar, Sagar, Syed Shabir Rizvi, Naresh Kumar, Bilal Ahmad and Deepak Sharma.
