JAMMU, Sept 22: BSNL Jammu organized a Sketching and Painting competition in coordination with the Director of School Education here today.
The competition was organized by BSNL to celebrate its 23rd formation anniversary with the motto to encourage artistic expression among the students with the theme of “Smart Learning Using BSNL Bharat Fibre” and further, fostering a sense of community in School Students.
The event was organized at Government Girls Higher Sec School, Gandhi Nagar. Around 180 students from 19 schools of Jammu actively participated in the competition. In addition to this BSNL Jammu distributed Art Kits and refreshments to all the participating students at the venue. General Manager BSNL J&K Mohammad Shahkar Bari, Deputy General Manager BSNL J&K, Anil Sharma, Deputy General Manager BSNL Jammu, Rajesh Khanna, Joint Director School Education, Subah Mehta, Deputy Director School Education, Mamta Sharma and other officers were present.
The top three winners of the painting competition will be felicitated by BSNL Jammu and Fibre Services will be provided free of cost to the winners as per winner category. BSNL India is organizing such events all over India in various schools to celebrate the BSNL Day.
