JAMMU, Nov 19: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate from Jammu East Assembly Constituency, Shokat Gujjar, today kick started election campaign by opening an office at Gujjar Nagar.
Addressing a large gathering, he said despite being the heartbeat of the Jammu city this constituency is being hijacked on the line of religion and caste by all the political parties.
Still heartbeat is there but people need to understand this is the heart of Jammu city and require blood circulation in the shape of development in all fronts from basic amenities to fulfill the dreams of the young generation by giving Government jobs by conducting recruitment drives.
He said till today all the constituencies of the State had different special recruitment drives by different departments time to time but till today no recruitment drive was even had in this constituency, he added.
