Budding cricketers 50-over Tourney from 1st week of Dec

JAMMU, Nov 28: To promote quality of cricket in the State, Country Cricket Academy is organizing a mega 50-over match cricket tournament from the first week of December at the Academy ground, Gharota, here.
The event namely Dr Vidhushi Kapahi Memorial Under-16 Boys Cricket Tournament, will be played on Round Robin League basis.
According to a handout issued here, the entry fee will be Rs 200 per player per match, out of which, apart from the match balls, the lunch and tea will be provided by the organizers.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Academy has created standard sized cricket ground with grassy turfs at Village Gharota in Jammu.
