JAMMU, July 23: Bhartiya Yog Sansthan (BYS) here today organised a free Superspeciality Medical Camp at Sainik Colony.
Dr Neeraj Mahajan, Cardiologist; Dr Shally Khandari, Ophthalmologist and Dr Vikas Padha, Orthopaedic Specialist from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Kakryal provided their services to the patients in the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr (Brig) Man Mohan Harjai, Chief Administrative Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital informed that 160 patients were given cardiology consultations in the camp.
He further said that apart from this, 214 patients were given Orthopaedic related consultation and ophthalmology consultations were given to another 180 patients.
“One mammography, 70 ECGs and 32 X-rays of different regions of the body were also performed on the patients during the camp,” he maintained.
Officials of Shri Ram Mandir Committee and Bharatiya Yog Sansthan present in the camp included Dr Khem Raj, Chairman Ram Mandir Committee; Satya Pal Sharma, Pradhan BYS, Girdhari Lal, Pawan Kumar, B.S Salathia and others were also present.
